For Clergy
We can help you support the financial needs of the disabled people in your church.
Many times people in the “helping professions” find themselves faced with pleas for assistance from families that have had disabling injuries or illnesses. Your church can only do so much for these families. Our firm can help you provide permanent financial and insurance benefits to these people.
Skilled and Experienced Social Security Disability Staff.
Our Senior Attorneys, Carol Ponton and Maria Santana, have handled over 25,000 Social Security Disability claims over the last twenty-five years. In addition to Carol and Maria, there are three other attorneys who have undergone an extensive training course to ensure that they can aggressively and effectively present our clients' claims to the Social Security Administration.
In addition to our attorneys, our firm has approximately fifteen paralegal case managers who have all been extensively trained in preparing Social Security Disability Claims for hearing. These case managers are indispensable to our practice. They provide our clients with up to the minute information about their claim.
Our Experience allows us to move claims through the process more quickly with an excellent record of success.
Our track record at each level of the Social Security Disability benefits litigation process is one of notable success. Most Social Security Disability claims are resolved at the hearing level with an Administrative Law Judge. Our record of success with the Administrative Law Judges is approximately 85% to 90% .
However, one of the most significant benefits that your clients will receive from our experience is the fact that we can recognize the cases that should be decided favorably without a hearing. We spend a great deal of time writing “on the record” requests for favorable decisions. We have been very successful with our “on the record” requests. A favorable decision without a hearing can reduce the time for a client to receive benefits by as much as a full year.
We welcome referrals by members of the Clergy.
If you have a member of your congregation that is disabled, we welcome the opportunity to show you that we are a law firm you can trust to work with your members in the same way you would work with them. Contact us for further information and assistance.
