I chose your law firm based on reputation when I finally accepted the reality that I would never be able to work again because of my disability. It was an emotional time coupled with the many physical challenges that comes with lupus. I first called your office in February 2009 and spoke with Michelle. She was understanding and supportive and after a series of questions, she scheduled an office appointment. I came to your office and found that Michelle was assigned as my case manager. It put me at ease, as much as possible, because of our earlier phone communication. It is often difficult for me to focus but Michelle moved at a pace to help me understand the process and shared all the necessary information. I knew after that visit that I had selected the right law firm and an added bonus was the good fortune of working with Michelle. She is professional, competent, and kind. Throughout the process she communicated with me and kept me updated. I have shared my sincere appreciation with her but I want you to know that she did an exemplary job of handling my case and I am most grateful.
