VA keeps moving the goalposts regarding how and when it will concede exposure to Agent Orange for veterans who were stationed in Thailand. Learn how to build your case so that VA cannot deny the exposure anymore.
On Thursday, November 12th at 3:30 PM EST, Matthew Hill of Hill and Ponton discussed Agent Orange use in Thailand with Richard Gregg Maxon, who, as an enlisted linguist, was stationed at Ramasun Army Base in Thailand in 1973-74. He retired as a Brigadier General Arizona Army National Guard and was the Former Director of the Arizona Department of Veterans’ Services.
Both Hill and Maxon are attorneys that represent veterans in the VA disability process. They will draw on their experience to cover the challenges a Thailand veteran faces obtaining service connected compensation for a disability related to Agent Orange. In this webinar, you will learn:
- The relevant facts you want to submit for your case
- What VA does and does not concede about Agent Orange use in Thailand.
- What evidence to use for your case.
