What happens when I call your office?
We answer.
At Hill and Ponton, PA., we take each and every call very seriously. We have Intake Specialists on call every day from 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8:30-4:00 pm on Friday (EST). Your call will be directed to the next available person. If you have to leave a message, we return your call that very same day. We handle your call with the dignity you deserve. Each of our Intake Specialists undergoes a 40 hour training session designed to handle your claim with the best results possible. And, for all our clients located across the country, we always take your time zone into consideration before we return your call.
You will be asked a series of questions (approximately 15-20) formulated to get to the heart of your matter. These questions are designed to gather pertinent information and direct our Intake Specialists as to how best to help you. And as always, your privacy is our utmost concern.
If I send in an email request, how long does it take to get a response?
We call you back the same day.
Occasionally, the next day, depending on the time we receive your email. There is nothing worse than leaving a message or filling out a request for help and not receiving a prompt response. Here at Hill and Ponton, PA., it is our policy to return your call/email in the timeliest manner possible. And if we discover we are unable to help you, we direct you to the best possible resource for your particular matter.
So you are able to take my case; what happens next?
We schedule an attorney conference for you. After we’ve received all the necessary paperwork, we make sure your voice is heard. As all communication with the VA is written, personal appearances are not necessary. We understand that many of these reasons that you are filing a claim with the VA may impede your ability to travel. For these reasons, and others, we do the majority of our work via internet, fax, and conference calls. By being mobile, we also ensure more seamless interactions with your case. You do not have to wait for your “meeting” to discuss issues with your attorney or your case manager. Because we are certified by the VA to handle appeals, we are able to do so anywhere across the country, thus ensuring you have the best representation possible. You are not limited to attorneys that live in your region or even your state.
At Hill and Ponton, PA., we want you to feel as comfortable as you can with our process. You don’t have to do this alone. We are here to help.
