Winning Your VA Disability Appeal
A surprising number of veterans end up in limbo, refiling and waiting and asking how a valid claim came back denied. More often than not, something never reached the file, or the VA never linked the condition to military service.
An approval needs three things to line up: a diagnosis, an in-service event, and a link (called nexus) joining them.
- Current Diagnosis: A licensed clinician puts on record that you have the condition right now.
